    My Health by Allianz Ayudhya is an application (app) that allows Allianz Ayudhya customer to check any information related to Allianz Ayudhya insurance.

    My Health by Allianz Ayudhya app includes:

    • Coverage and remaining benefits (outpatient treatment)
    • Information about a claim filed
    • Personal information (which can be edited)
    • Search results of medical facilities in the network
    • Allianz Ayudhya membership card (E-Card) (which can be presented at a medical facility in the network)

    How to download the My Allianz Ayudhya App

    1. Click www.allianz.co.th/myhealthapp or log into the 'App Store' (for an iOS device) or 'Google Play' (for an Android device) and search for 'myHealth by AllianzAyudhya'
    2. Install the My Health by Allianz Ayudhya app by clicking the 'Install' button and following the required steps.
    3. You can also choose to install the app by scanning the QR code that is appropiate for your device
